Kicking off the weekend in a b & w outfit. 

This simple white crop top from Maison Simons is matched with high waisted black silk shorts from Editorial Boutique. These practical shorts are an essential piece of my wardrobe as, when paired with different tops, they can give a formal or a more laid-back casual look. 

The YSL Red Cassandre flap bag, crafted from chevron quilted leather, compliments the neutral colors of the outfit. What I love about it is that it could also be worn as a shoulder bag as it comes with a long gold chain link. I also recently picked out these white pearl and turquoise earrings from POGGI Paris. I dressed the whole outfit with the Isabel Marant x H&M reversible jacket which I find absolutely essential and practical.
