Off the Grid

The grid has made it to the list of popular trends this season along with plaid, gingham and check patterns. These prints have been trending in apparel more specifically in jackets and coats. It is classy and sophisticated and can easily be dressed down for a more casual look. Grid lines bring a little more to the outfit than the regular stripes but also tone down the busyness of the tartan and plaid. This trend works best with a monochromatic colour palette, anything from grey, whites and black.
